Five things I do much more often at 51 than I did at 21… and that I recommend doing more at any age:

  1. Speak up when I disagree, respectfully.
  2. Say, “I really appreciate that you…” many times a day.
  3. Quickly catch myself worrying about things I can’t control and stop.
  4. Tell my family and close friends that I love them and why I’m grateful for them, a lot.
  5. Take massive action to achieve my goals vs. just thinking & talking about them.
